Psykholohiia ta ya (“Psychology and Me”) is a magazine for people who love life and seek harmony with the world and with themselves. The central theme of every issue is the relationship between men and women and between parents and children. Professional psychologists and readers share their experience to help answer difficult questions about relationships, love, intimacy, health and faith. The main sections are children, lifestyle, work and relationships, and issues include psychological tests and answers to readers’ questions.

The publisher is Toloka Publishing House. The magazine comes out monthly and is published in Russian. The issue archive on journals.ua holds 69 issues from 2013 to January 2019.
