Kulinariia. Kolektsiia. Spetsialnyi vypusk ("Cookery. Collection. Special Issue") is a special edition of the Kulinariia. Kolektsiia cookery magazine, a collection of original everyday recipes. The issue features salads, soups, meat and fish dishes, potato and mushroom dishes, sauces, croutons and cakes — everything needed for a varied menu — plus useful tips, tricks and finer points of cooking.
