Zhinochyi zhurnal "Zdorovia" — a magazine on healthy living and beauty

Zhinochyi zhurnal "Zdorovia" ("Women's Magazine 'Health'") is a source of knowledge for the modern, stylish, beautiful and healthy woman. It acts as both a close friend and an expert: a personal family doctor, beautician, stylist, trainer and psychologist. Its sections Healthy Life, Beautiful Life and Tasty Life cover topics relevant to the season and month. Articles compare different product brands and share celebrity experience and stories of ordinary people who overcame illness or excess weight. Special attention goes to authors' methods for a healthy lifestyle, recipes come with a dietitian's advice, and readers can put questions to various specialists.
