Farvater — a magazine about yachts, motorboats and boats

Farvater ("Fairway") is a Ukrainian full-colour magazine about yachts, motorboats, boats and other watercraft, written both for beginners and for people who have made boating their profession. Its sections cover new developments in boatbuilding and equipment, sea-trial reports, legal advice and explanations of sailing and powerboat federation rules. Regular rubrics include "Elling" (Boathouse), "Measured Mile", "Pilot Service", "Boatswain's Locker" with tips on operation, storage and repair, and "Aground" on handling emergencies, along with news of boat shows, regattas and charters.

The publisher is the Farvater editorial office. The magazine comes out every two months and is published in Russian. The journals.ua archive holds 49 issues from 2010 to September 2020, one of them free.
